JOHN WALSH Dies at Hospital in Winterset

John Walsh, a well-known resident of the Churchville community, died at Madison county Memorial hospital in Winterset Thursday, Oct. 29, 1953. He was 89 years of age.

Mr. Walsh's death followed a stroke. He had been ill the last two months.

Mr. Walsh was born near Churchville, and lived his entire life there. He is survived by his wife; a brother, Darby; and a sister, Mary, all of Churchville.

Funeral services were held Saturday from the Church of the Assumption at Churchville, and Burial was made in Calvary cemetery there.
