Lisa Ann Heichel Dies

Lisa Ann Heichel, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Heichel of Ithaca, New York, but former Winterset residents, died Thursday December 13, 1962, shortly after her birth at the Tompkins county hospital in Ithaca.

In addition to her parents, the little is survived by a sister, Julie Ann, aged three and a half years, her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Heichel and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bass, both of Winterset.

Private funeral services for Lisa were held, Saturday, December 15th at the Bang's Funeral home and burial was made in the Calvary cemetery in Ithaca. Mr. Heichel, a honor graduate of Iowa State University at Ames in late May is attending Cornell University graduate school in Micrometerology and is studying toward a master's degree and will continue toward a doctorate on a scholarship.
