Mary Ann Harper, Lorimor

Services for Mary Ann Harper, 60, Lorimor, who died March 15 at the Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines, were held at the Grace Baptist Church in Winterset March 18 with the Rev. Gary Worsham officiating. Burial was at the Barney Cemetery.

Born Aug. 13, 1925 in Madison County, she was the daughter of Ernest and Pearl Reynolds Gardner. She was married to Don Harper Dec. 24, 1943 in Des Moines.

Mrs. Harper spent her childhood in Marion County and lived in Polk County as a young adult until she was married. She lived in Madison and Union counties most of her life.

Survivors include her husband; daughters, Nancy Constant of Fairbault, Minn., and Peggy Whitcher of Pozo Rica, Mexico; a son, Terry Harper of Woodward, Okla.; and seven grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her parents; infant son and a brother.
