HOWARD GOLDING, 11, DIES IN SINGAPORE

Howard Golding, 11-year-old grandson of Mrs. Howard Hammans of Winterset, died Aug. 13, in a hospital at Singapore, in southeast Asia, according to word received here this week. His death resulted from encephalitis. He was ill only four days.

The child was a son of the Rev. and Mrs. Dale Golding. His mother was the former Belvah Hammans of Winterset, and he had visited here on several occasions.

The Rev. Mr. Golding is a missionary in Singapore with the Far East Broadcasting company.

The child leaves two sister, Dawn and Susan.

Funeral services were held August 15th in Singapore.
