Glen C. Frey, Cedar Rapids

Services for Glen C. Frey, 77, were held Thurs., Jan. 9 at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories in Cedar Rapids. He died January 7 at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids.

Glen Clarence Frey was born at Patterson on January 17, 1914 to Albert and Luella (Ulum) Frey and was a graduate of Patterson High School and the American Institute of Business, Des Moines. He served in the Army in World War II, much of the time in New Caledonia. He retired after 40 years as cashier at Wilson and Company in Cedar Rapids and was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Cedar Rapids.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marguerite (Agan) Frey in 1948; his parents, six brothers; and two sisters.

Survivors include his son Terry of Cedar Rapids; and many nieces and nephews.

Burial was at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
