January 23, 1991Doris Marie (Clopton) Flinn, Prairie Village, Kan.
Doris M. Flinn, 75, died January 6 at her home in Prairie Village, Kan.
She was born in Winterset August 11, 1915 to Isaac L. and Elizabeth (Acheson) Clopton. She married Manford L. Flinn in Kansas City, Mo., December 14, 1935. A resident of the Kansas City area for 61 years, she was a member of the Santa Fe Hills, Millburn and Hillcrest Country Clubs and the General Hospital Auxiliary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, three brothers, three half-sisters and two half-brothers.
Survivors include her husband; a brother, Gaymond Clopton of Winterset, eight nieces and two nephews.
The body was cremated with interment at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Kansas City, Mo. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
