MARVIN E. WILKINSON, Earlham

Services for Marvin E. Wilkinson, 64, rural Earlham, who died Nov. 30, 1985, at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, were held Tuesday, Dec. 3 at the Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Helen Farr officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.

Born Feb. 14, 1921 at Mitchellville, he was the son of George and Mary Miller Wilkinson. He was a farmer and spent most of his life in Madison County.

On Sept. 14, 1946, he was married to Pearl Driskill at Newton. He was a member of the Worthington United Methodist Church and a member of the American Angus Association.

Survivors include his wife; daughters, Sharon Scheve of Des Moines, Debbie Douglas of De Soto and Peggy Clague of Earlham; brothers, George of Colorado and Vir of Washington; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and an infant daughter.

Marvin E. Wilkinson, son of George and Mary Miller Wilkinson, was born February 14, 1921 at Mitchellville, Iowa, and passed away November 30, 1985 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.

On September 14, 1946 he was united in marriage to Pearl Driskill at Newton, Iowa.

He spent most of his life in Madison County, Iowa, where he was a farmer. He was a member of the Worthington United Methodist Church and the American Angus Association.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and an infant daughter, Cathy.

Survivors include his wife, Pearl, of Earlham; three daughters, Sharon Scheve, of Des Moines, Debbie Douglas, of DeSoto, and Peggy Clague, of Earlham; two sons, George of Colorado and Vir, of Washington; five grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted on December 3, 1985 at the Collins Funeral Home in Winterset, Iowa with the Rev. Helen Farr officiating. Meredith Easter provided organ music. Interment was in Winterset Cemetery, Winterset, Iowa.
