Hold Rites for Elva Debord

Funeral services for Mrs. Elva Ruth Debord of Austin, Texas, who died February 28, at Tyler Texas, were held in St. Charles last Sunday, March 3. Mrs. Debord was 73 years of age.

Mrs. Debord was born at St. Charles on July 18, 1900 and was later married to Claude Debord.

She was affiliated with the St. Charles Methodist Church.

Survivors include one son, J. Earl Debord of Austin, Texas and four grandchildren.

Services were conducted at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, March 3, at the St. Charles United Methodist Church, with the Rev. W. Eldon Ringle officiating. Burial was in the McGinnis Cemetery in Madison County.
