Marion Davis, Lorimor

Marion Davis, 85, of Lorimor died of a respiratory ailment Sept. 22, 1994 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services were Sept. 26, 1994 at Collins Funeral Home in Winterset with burial at the Lorimor Cemetery.

He was born in Union County on April 17, 1909 to Dell and Millie (Emery) Davis. He lived near Lorimor all his life and was a farmer. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Isabel; one son, Charles of Altoona; two daughters, Jane Walters of Waterloo and Judy Brinkley of Indianapolis, Ind.; one brother Wayne of Lorimor; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
