Charles A. Woodruff of near Winterset, a Madison county resident for 25 years, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 1967, at a Des Moines hospital. He was 68 years of age.
Mr. Woodruff formerly was an iron worker in Des Moines. He had farmed in Scott township the last 25 years.
He was a native of Logansport, Ia., where he was born Feb. 14, 1899, a son of Harry and Estelle Davis Woodruff. He was a veteran of World War I, and a member of the American Legion.
(Burial was at Union Chapel Cemetery, South Township, Madison County)
