Mildred L. Cain, 77, of Winterset died July 22, 1994 at the Community Care Center in Winterset. A memorial service will he held Sun. July 31, 2:30 p.m. at the New Hope Christian Union Church with interment at the Winterset Cemetery. Pastors Rod Whitmire and Greg Sharp will preside.

She was born November 29, 1916 to Edward D. and Edna A. (Lindberg) Jones in Des Moines. She later married Robert W. Cain on October 16, 1939 in Rockford, Ill.

She lived in Madison County since 1940 and was a housewife and mother. She was a member of the New Hope Christian Union Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband; one brother, Norman Jones and wife Millicent of Rockford, Ill; two nephews and three grand-nephews.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the Every Home for Christ World Literature Crusade, Prison Fellowship, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, International Students, Jews for Jesus, Chosen People Ministeries, and the International Ministeries to Israel.
