NORMAN BOLLER OF TRURO DIES

Norman J. Boller of Truro, a resident of Madison county since 1913, died Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Clarinda. He was 87 years of age.

Mr. Boller was a native of Kalona, where he was born June 16, 1881, a son of John and Margaret Myers Boller. He was married at Villisca March 16, 1904, to Grace Hargan, who survives him.

Most of his active life was spent in the Truro community, where he was a member of the Masonic lodge. He was also a member of the Methodist church.

In addition to his wife; Mr. Boller leaves a son, Ralph Boller of Omaha, a daughter, Mrs. Edna Oglesbee of Peru; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Ed Boller Lewistown, Mon.; and four sisters, Mrs. Merce Chappell of Scio, O., Mrs. Lora Day of Sacramento, Calif., Mrs. Pearl Carpenter of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Mrs. Bessie Fletcher of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Funeral services were held Friday from the Kale Funeral home in Truro, conducted by the Rev. Richard Hempenius. Burial was made in the Worthing cemetery.
