Larry Berry, Winterset

Graveside services for Larry Berry, 51, Winterset, who died Feb. 18 at his residence, were held at the Winterset Cemetery, Feb. 21, with the Rev. David Bauer officiating.

Born in Winterset on Nov. 21, 1937, he was the son of Lyle and Laura Snow Berry. Mr. Berry, a truck driver, was a veteran of the Navy and had lived in this area most of his lifetime. He was married to Betty Lehman on Oct. 17, 1958 at Tingley.

Survivors include his wife; sons, Craig of Winterset, Jimmy of Homestead, Fla., and Brad of Des Moines; a brother, Leslie of Lincoln, Neb.; sisters, Barbara Faux of Winterset; and a great aunt, Alta Miles of Winterset who raised him from the time he was six months old; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
