Floyd O. Baker, Norwalk

Floyd O. Baker, 85, died of a heart attack October 24 at Norwalk Manor. Funeral services were Tues. Oct. 27 at Richardson Funeral Homes in Carlisle with burial at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Orilla.

Mr. Baker was born in Corning and had lived in Booneville before moving to Norwalk 12 years ago. He was a retired grave digger, a US Army veteran of WW II and a member of the American Legion.

He is survived by a son, Ronald Baker of Patterson; three daughters, Betty Holser of Des Moines, Mary Harris of Carlisle and Beverly Armstrong of Booneville; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
