Guy (Jack) R. Addy, 62, Boise, Idaho, a retired U. S. Navy aviation ordinanceman, died at the Veterans Medical Center on Monday, Jan. 24.
Visitation was held on Sunday, Jan. 27 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. from the Cloverdale Funeral Home.
Graveside services were held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28 in Field of Honor, No. 2, Morris Hill Cemetery, Boise.
Survivors include his three children of Burbank, Calif., his mother, A. Mae Addy of Winterset, sister, Mabel Westphal, Blanche Niemi of Portland, Ore., and Edith Le Cocq of Winterset; brothers, Alex and Ray of Boise, Paul of Sparks, Nev., and Ralph and Dale of Winterset.
He was preceded in death by his father, Guy R. Addy, and a sister and brother.
