Mrs. Sadie Reynolds Fox

Mrs. Sadie Reynolds Fox, daughter of H. C. and Harriett Reynolds was born in Adair county, April 2, 1882 and departed this life, Tuesday morning, December 27th, 1932, at the age of 50 years, 3 months, and 25 days.

She was united in marriage to H. F. Fox on February 10, 1901. To this union, there were born, Mrs. Estella DeVault, Dexter, Mrs. Vera Harper, Winterset, Mrs. Florence Gilbert, Greenfield, Mrs. Ruth Bruett of Peru and Claude and Lloyd at home. She leaves in addition to those six grandchildren a number of relatives and a host of friends who feel her loss greatly.

Mrs. Fox joined the Methodist church at Webster in 1912, and was an active worker in church activities until her health failed. No worth while movement failed from lack of help from Mrs. Fox, as shown by her record in school, and community activities, as she always found time to help in addition to her duties as devoted wife and mother, and a successful home maker.

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. A. R. Weed, pastor of West Star and Worthington church, at one o'clock at the home.

Burial was in the Greenfield cemetery.
