Tim O'Loughlin, Jackson twp., farmer, Sec. 35; P.O. Winterset; born in Ireland in 1852; emigrated to the United States and settled in Wisconsin in 1854; from there he moved to Iowa, locating in Madison county, where he is still residing; was elected constable in 1878; is the owner of 80 acres.
