Lindsey M. Bertholf, Lincoln twp.; farmer, stock-raiser; P.O. Winterset; son of Andrew H. and Electa Bertholf; his father was born in Rockwell county, N.Y., in 1804; removed to Gallia county, Ohio, where he married Electa Macumber in 1834; she was born in Gallia county, Ohio; they removed to St. Joseph county, Indiana, in 1838, and to this county in 1851.
