M. E. Bennett, Penn twp.; farmer, Sec. 23; P.O. Earlham; owns 80 acres of land; born in Chickamauga county N.Y., in 1838; came to Madison county in 1870; he married in 1868, Miss Amelia White, has four children, Wm. E., Selinda, Sevilla, Charley.
