Etta Dreesman, 90, of George died Saturday, Jan. 1, 2005, at Osceola Community Hospital, Sibley.

Services were Thursday, Jan. 6, at Central Baptist Church, George, with interment in Evergreen Lawn Cemetery.

Etta Luttermann was born April 28, 1914, near Reading, Minn., the daughter of David and Johanna (Redinius) Luttermann. She grew up and attended country school near Reading. She later moved to Sibley and worked in a hamburger shop.

On May 8, 1934, she married Carl Dreesman. They lived in George. Her husband preceded her in death.

At Central Baptist Church, she served as Sunday School teacher, piano player and on several committees and was a member of Ladies' Aid.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Carroll (Sandra) Gray of Severna Park, Md., and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, David; five brothers, Jack, Henry, David, Kelle and Otto, and two sisters, Helen Bergman and Joann Larson.
