Janice Kay (DeNoble) DeBoer was born September 12, 1944 at Rock Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of Jeanette (Van Goor) and Kenneth DeNoble. Janice was raised in the George area and graduated from George High School in 1962. She was united in marriage to Gary DeBoer on June 22, 1962 at Hope Reformed Church in George.
