George, Iowa - Lois Krull, age 78 of George, died Thursday, April 11, 2013 at the Good Samaritan Society in George.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 15, 2013 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in George with Rev. Lorna Halaas officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Lawn Cemetery at George.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 14th from 2:00 - 8:00 p.m. with the family present from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Jurrens Funeral Home of George.

Lois Regina (Feldman) Krull was born January 18, 1935 the daughter of Reinhardt and Louisa (Vaupel) Feldman near Ashton, Iowa. She graduated from the George Community School in 1953. In 1955, she was united in marriage to Albertus H. Krull, Jr. They made their home in rural George where she was a loving mother and homemaker until her children graduated from school. She then worked at the George Good Samaritan Center for twenty years. Albertus passed away in 1993. She then moved into George until moving to the George Good Samaritan Center in March of 2013. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends. She also loved the times with her grandchildren.

She is survived by six children, Carla McCulloch and husband, Tom of BellaVista, Arkansas; Byron Krull and wife, Carol of George, Iowa; Linda Vanden Bosch and husband, Larry of Clarinda, Iowa; Dennis Krull and wife Teresa of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Douglas Krull and wife, Pam of George, Iowa, and Jill Cole and husband, Jeff of Westminster, Colorado. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren: Kim and Kris Krull, Shey Krull, Kelsie and Nicholas Krull, Allyssa, Megan and Rebecca Krull, and Erin, Dane and Zoe Cole: four sisters, Pearl Wolf of Sheldon, Iowa; Lorraine (Alvin) Henning of Moville, Iowa; Myrna Heronemus of Ashton, Iowa; and Iva Jean Ott of Davenport, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Albertus; sister, Velma Winter; brother, Marvin Feldman and four brothers-in-law, Bob Wolf, Ken Winter, Elmer Heronemus and Jerry Ott.
