Henrietta "Hank" Siemonsma, 68, of rural Humboldt, S.D., died Dec. 19, 2003, at Sioux Valley Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D.

Services were Tuesday at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Humboldt, with interment in Huntimer (S.D.) Catholic Church Cemetery.

Henrietta Kooima was born April 2, 1935, in Inwood, the daughter of Fred and Bertha Kooima.

On Nov. 20, 1954, she married Robert Siemonsma in Huntimer. They moved to Humboldt in 1963. She owned and operated Humboldt Supply until 1985, then worked part-time for Garrey Hardware Store.

Survivors include one son Mike of Dell Rapids, S.D.; four daughters, Sheryl Siemonsma of Humboldt, Patty Siemonsma of Hartford, S.D., Mrs. Les (Lisa) Ginther of Shakopee, Minn., and Mrs. Bryan (Kay) Silvernail of Whitewood, S.D.; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Ken of Rock Valley and Rod of Inwood, and two sisters, Mrs. George (Ann) Halma of Inwood and Mrs. Marlyn (Lori) Rus of Rock Valley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one brother.
