Leroy Kruse, 68, of Litchfield Park, Ariz., died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2003.

Services were Sunday at Sunland Mortuary with interment in Sunland Memorial Park, Sun City, Ariz.

Mr. Kruse was born May 22, 1935, in Little Rock, the son of Lucas and Helen Kruse. He grew up and attended school in Little Rock. He served in the army from January 1955 until September 1956. He attended the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, graduating with a bachelor of arts in business.

On Feb. 17, 1968, he married Karen Van Regenmorter in Sioux Falls. They lived in Sioux Falls, except for spending winter months in Litchfield Park. He founded GKR Realty in Sioux Falls.

Survivors include one son, Randy Van Regenmorter of Providence, R.I.; one daughter, Mrs. David (Kim) Flagg of Litchfield Park; one granddaughter and two sisters, Mrs. Stan (LaDonn Gruis) Engelkes of Adrian, Minn., and Mrs. Tom (Leone) Stieneke of Aurelia.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
