Mrs. Ellen Sauer died at her home in Sheldon on November 28, at the age of 70 years. She had been ill for the past two years.

Mrs. Sauer was a former resident of Lyon County, having lived for a number of years on the farm south of George.

Her husband was R. G. Sauer, well known throughout the county. Her son, George A. Sauer, lives on the home farm near George.
