Inwood - Jasper "Jap" Ter Wee, 70, died Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Sanford Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Inwood. Burial at Richland Cemetery, Inwood. Rev. John Wolf will officiate. Visitation will be Tuesday until 4 p.m. at Porter Funeral Home, Inwood and with the family present from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Jap is survived by his wife, Karen; 3 sons: Gary (Linda) Ter Wee of Spirit Lake, IA, Terry (Gloria) Ter Wee of Seminole, OK and Andrew (Jennifer) Ter Wee of Larchwood, IA; 1 daughter, Jennie Rebecca (Jim) Tupper of Indianola, IA; daughter-in-law, Marla Ter Wee of Hallock, MN; 1 step-son, Terry Kohrt of Lennox, SD; 2 step-daughters: Sue (Jason) Doherty of Inwood, IA and Paula (Dave) Kohrt-Sommer of Yorktown, VA; 19 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers: Henry (Minerva) Ter Wee of Inwood, IA and Jerry (Mary) Ter Wee of Larchwood, IA; 1 sister, Betty (Jim) Leuthold of Magnolia, MN; sister-in-law, Mickey Ter Wee of Larchwood, IA.
