Russel Grotewold Buried
at Larchwood Yesterday

Russel Grotewold, eight-year-old son of W. H. Grotewold of Granite, died at a Sioux Falls hospital Monday as a result of complications arising from a ruptured appendix.

Funeral services were held at the Larchwood Federated church yesterday with Rev. Harding officiating. Interment was made at the Larchwood cemetery.

Russell Grotewold was born at McGrath, Minnesota and was attending school at Granite. He is survived by his father and five brothers, Howard, Calvin, Raymond, Keith and Wallie, all living at home. His mother and sister preceded him in death.
