Rev. Henry Blair of the Congregational Church at Larchwood died March 16th from injuries received in an automobile accident when he and Mrs. Blair were on their way home from Valley Springs, South Dakota.
It was sleeting and Rev. Blair had gotten out of the car to wipe off the windshield when a car coming from the rear knocked him down and ran over him. In the accident he suffered fractures of the spine and leg. He was cared for in a hospital in Sioux Falls where he passed away.

Henry Lewis Blair was born April 22, 1879 in Springfield, Delaware, Pennsylvania, the son of Eugene Blair and Lucinda (Canfield) Blair. According to the South Dakota death record he died March 15, 1930.
He married Bertha Stur, the daughter of Garret Stur and Sarah (Masker) Stur.
Bertha (Stur) Blair was born July 25, 1882 in New Jersey, and died April 19, 1960 in Minnesota.
