Funeral services for Mrs. Norman (Mildred) Groenboom, 63, of Rock Rapids will be held at 10:30 a.m. in Immanuel Lutheran church here with Rev. Arnold Imbrock officiating. Burial will be in Richland cemetery at Inwood. Visitation began this afternoon (Wednesday) at the Jongewaard-Roste Funeral Chapel in Rock Rapids.

She died Tuesday, March 27, at Merrill Pioneer Community hospital in Rock Rapids.

Mildred Christensen was born in November 26, 1920, in Inwood. She graduated from Inwood high school in 1938.

On June 3, 1942, she married Norman Groenenboom at Inwood. They moved to Rock Rapids in 1954 and made their home here except for a brief time in Fonda.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Survivors inlclude the widower; a son Dennis, Bolingbrook, Ill.; a daughter, Mrs. David (Lana) Dubin, Newfield, N.J.; her mother, Mrs. Agnes Christensen, Rock Rapids, and three grandchildren.
