Potterville, Michigan - Marlys (Fliear) Loose, 74, Potterville, died Monday, March 28, 2011.

Marlys Loose, daughter of Arthur and Laura Fliear of Sheldon, Iowa, was born January 28, 1937. She attended school in Sheldon but quit and married Bill Loose at the age of 16. They lived in South Dakota and for the past 50 years in Michigan. To this union, eight children were born, all of whom reside in Michigan. One son died.

Survivors also include her sisters and brothers, Gwenda Stegemann of Matlock, Larry and Carol Fliear of Mesa, Arizona, and Aletha Salzman of California, and numerous nieces and nephews.
