To Hold Services for Mrs. Kock On Saturday
Died at 81, Former Resident of Lester

Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Kock, 81, formerly of Lester, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 5, in the Lester Lutheran Church.The Rev. Wolfram will officiate and Lockwood's Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at the Riverview cemetery in Rock Rapids.

Pallbearers will be Louis Dehn, August Jammer, Otto Dengler, Harry Wacker, C.H. Campbell and Lee Moser.

Mrs. Kock died Tuesday in the Sioux Valley hospital, Sioux Falls, after a heart attack. She had been ill for about a week.

Mrs. Kock was born on August 7, 1873, in Cedar County, the daughter of William and Christine Lieth Moeller. She married Khrist Kock on February 20, 1895, and moved to Lyon county in March 1895. She had lived in Sioux Falls since June, moving there from Lester.

Survivors include three sons, Harvey, Elkton, S.D.; Harold of Valley Springs, S.D.; and William of Alvord; six sisters, Mrs. Vena Schroeder and Mrs. Meta Schoeder, both of Lake Park, Ia.; Mrs. Emma Sloterau, West Liberty; Mrs. Lily Paustian, and Mrs. Clara Paustian, both of Durant,Ia.; and Miss Hulda Moeller, Davenport; two brothers, Walter Moeller, Durant; and Fritz Moeller, Lake Park.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother.
