Mrs P.F. Levins, of Flandreau, South Dakota, formerly of Ellsworth, Minnesota, and Rock Rapids, passed away at Flandreau Friday, March 20. She had been ill since last August and had been to Rochester, Minnesota, and Sioux Falls for medical treatment.

Deceased was born at Green Island, Iowa, July 1, 1863. She was educated at Mrs. Darling's Select School for Girls at Miles, Iowa. After completing her collegiate work, she taught school near Hawarden, Iowa, and in the high school at Fulda, Minn. She was married to Mr. Levins at Hawarden March 27, 1895.

They lived in Rock Rapids some years ago when Mr. Levins was in partnership with P.H. McCarty in publication of The Review. They moved to Flandreau about 18 years ago. There, Mr. Levins is publisher of the Moody County Enterprise. Mrs Levins was active in church and civic affairs at Flandreau. She organized the Catholic Daughters of America there and was the first grand regent.
