Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 6, 1992 for Mrs. Sena Kruger, at the Central Baptist Church northeast of George, Iowa, Pastor Winston Smith officiated. Special music was provided by Winston and Mary Smith, and organist was Mrs. Marcia Klimes.

Casket bearers were Kevin Kruger, Gene Kruger, Douglas Arends, Dennis Kruger, Glenis Arends and Erwin Arends.

Interment was at the First Baptist Cemetery at George, with Bolin Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Sena Kruger was born March 31, 1901 at Kanawha, Iowa, the daughter of Peter and Della (Jans) Luppen. She attended country school. She married Harm Veer on March 2, 1931. Following his death, she married George A. Kruger on September 1, 1945. they lived near George, Iowa. She was a member of Central Baptist church.

Mrs. Kruger was a resident of the Lyon Manor Care Center in Rock Rapids, Iowa, where she died on Saturday, October 3, 1992, at the age of 91 years, six months and three days.

She leaves to cherish her memories; three step-sons, John H. and wife Ardell Kruger of Britt, Iowa; Albertus K. and wife Grace Kruger of Wesley, Iowa; Daryl G. and wife Carolyn Kruger of Ellsworth, Minnesota; three step-daughter: Florence and husband Sweer Arends of Adrian, Minnesota; Viola and husband Donald Kellen of Aurora, Colorado; Kathryn J. Kruger of Sutherland: 26 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jennie, Mrs. Harm Vrieze of Forest City, Iowa; and Anna, Mrs. Clarence Vrieze, of Britt, Iowa; and one sister-in-law, Carrie Luppen, also of Britt.

Preceding her in death were her parents; two husbands; three brother; two sisters; two infant brothers; one infant sister and one infant great-grandson.
