SWANSON, ISAAC 1845-1938
Isaac Swanson, 93 year old farmer living two and one half miles south of Granite in Lyon county, Iowa died at his home this morning after a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be held in the Grandview church south of Granite and interment will be in the cemetery there.

Born in Sweden, August 18, 1845, Mr. Swanson came to the United States at the age of 36 years and settled on the Iowa farm where he lived 57 years. He was married in Sweden in 1881 to Carrie Nelson, who preceded him in death by 11 years.

He leaves one son, Anton, living at home. The Miller Funeral home of Sioux Falls is handling funeral arrangements. The time for the services has not been set. 1938
