Funeral services for Otto Lichtenberg, age 92, of George, Lyon county, Iowa, will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 1981, at the Immanuel Lutheran church in George. Burial will be in St. Paul's cemtery of Hull, Iowa. Otto died on Sunday, November 1, 1981 at the Good Samaritan Home in George.

Lichtenberg was born on May 18, 1889, at Ludingworth, Germany. He came to the United States in 1911 and became a citizen in 1945.

In 1920 he married Ella Hinsch. She died in 1928. Lichtenberg did farm work in the Pipestone, Minnesota, Garretson, South Dakota, and George, Iowa areas.

Survivors include a son, LeRoy "Bud" of George; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. William (Viola) Meyn, George, and Mrs. Ernest (Hilda) Schuett, Phoenix, Arizona.
