Funeral services for Dora Walker, age 102, of Brookings, South Dakota, were held January 18, 1992 in the First United Methodist Church in Brookings, with interment in Greenwood Cemetery. She died on January 14, 1992 in Brookview Manor.

Dora Reiter was born April 27, 1889 in Little Rock, Lyon county, Iowa and lived on a farm near there. On August 5, 1912 she married Enno Kruse. He died in 1918.

On February 21, 1920 she married Jacob Walker. That spring they moved to a farm near White, South Dakota. In 1947 they moved to Brookings. Mr. Walker died April 20, 1948. She continues to live in Brookings and for the past several years had been a resident of Brookview Manor.

Survivors include three sons, four daughters, 25 grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, eight step-great-grandchildren and one sister.
