Mrs. Wightman 58, Dies Here
Mrs. Irving Wightman, 58 of 523 1/2 South Western Ave., died Thursday evening after a 10-week illness at the home of her son, Wyant B. Wightman, 335 North Duluth Ave., Sioux Falls.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Miller Funeral Home by the Rev. Charles Gerlinger. Mrs. Charles Gerlinger will be he organist. Burial will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery.

Born Ida L. Rudloff on February 10, 1892 at George, Iowa, Mrs. Wightman grew up in that vicinity and in Larchwood, Iowa, where she was graduated from high school. She was married in Larchwood to Irving T. Wightman in 1912. They farmed near there for a while and then moved to Rock Rapids, Iowa in 1937 and to Sioux Falls in 1940.

Mrs. Wightman was a member of the Congregational church here and was active in that church's Mayflower guild.

Survivors include her husband; one son Wyant B., Sioux Falls; one daughter Mrs. H. R. (Vernice) Bonander, Larchwood; two grandaughters; three sisters, and one brother.

Pallbearers were E. R. Manners, Clarence A. Burns, Ove M. Sjolseth, Werner Luerssen, W.L. Hammitt and Oscar Bonander.
