BLAINE, ETHEL (JOHNSON) 1876-1969
Larchwood, Iowa - Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday at the United Church of Christ for Mrs. Ethel Blaine, 93, who died Thursday at the Good Samaritan Center, Canton, South Dakota.

Ethel Johnson was born September 18, 1876, at Grundy County, Iowa. She was married to William A. Blaine on February 16, 1897, in Sioux Falls. Mr. Blaine died in 1923.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Lauria Farslund, Sioux Falls, and Mrs. Herman Schreurs, Larchwood; a granddaughter; a great-grandson, a foster son, Wilfred Ashton, Larchwood, and a brother, Earl Johnson, Des Moines.
Prayer services will be held 8 p.m. Sunday at the Jongewaard-Stapp Funeral Home.
