JULANA MARTIN was born in Bartholomew County, Indiana, August 27th, 1841.
Moved to Iowa with her parents in the year 1845. Was united in marriage to
T.J. MITCHELL December 24, 1874. Four sons were born to this union; LEONARD
and RAYMOND, living in Oklahoma, and GEORGE and CHARLIE, of Corning, Iowa.

She united with the Baptist Church in early life and lived a faithful life
until her death. She died at the home of her sister, MRS. I.N. BEARERS
(sic), of Woodland, Iowa, December 24th, 1907.
