REEVES, WHEELER, MILLER, BROWN

ELIZABETH REEVES, daughter of MR. and MRS. A.M. WHEELER, was born in Liberty
Township, Lucas County, Iowa, April 23, 1868, where she grew to womanhood.
She was united in marriage to C.E. REEVES, December, 1887. Two children
blessed this union, HARRY and STELLA, who with the father survive her. She
was a resident of Whitebreast Township until last March, when the family
went to Emporia, Kansas to reside.

She died suddenly Monday morning, July 1st, of neuralgia of the heart. The
remains were brought to this city, Tuesday evening. Funeral services were
held at the home of her parents, in the north part of the city, Wednesday,
at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. B.F. Miller, of Indianola, and Rev. O.W.
Brown, of Oakley, after which interment took place in the Chariton Cemetery.

She was a true Christian; had been a member of the Methodist Church for a
number of years, and died in the faith of her Master. Besides her immediate
family she leaves a father, mother, two sisters and three brothers, to mourn
her departure.
