KENNETH VANSCOY departed on No. 4 Monday evening for Clarence, Mo., where he
is to be married to MISS ETTA SMITH, of New Virginia, today, Thursday, Feb.
14. The groom has lately engaged in business in this city, being a member
of the new firm McGee & Vanscoy, and is held in high esteem by all who know
him. The bride is a charming young lady and will have a host of friends in
Lucas. They will pass through here Saturday on No. 3 on their way to New
Virginia where they will be over Sunday, guests of relatives. They return
Monday and will make their home in Lucas. The ledger extends best wishes.
