S.H. MALLORY is going to set out one of the finest orchards in the county, and will begin the work this spring by putting out 2,000 trees upon his farm, north of town. He intends putting out eighty acres in an orchard, which will require almost 8,000 trees. Time has demonstrated that southern Iowa is one of the finest fruit producing countries in the world and a large orchard well cared for is a fortune to its owner.
