Lyle Arthur Kistler, son of Arthur and Jessie Kistler, was born February 16, 1917, in Louisa county, south of Cairo and died at the Burlington hospital Friday morning, aged 5 years, 6 months and 9 days. he leaves besides his parents, 4 sisters and 2 brothers. Lyle was taken to Burlington hospital for appendicitis and when it was performed the appendix was found to be ruptured, the poison causing peritonitis. Funeral service were held from the Methodist church in Morning Sun and interment made in Elmwood cemetery.
