The home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Baxter was saddened Tuesday afternoon when death claimed their only daughter, Martha May. She had been ill for over three months from diabetes, which gradually grew worse until her death at 2:15 o'clock. Martha May was born July 13, 1917; died October 10, 1922, aged five years, 2 months and 27 days. She leaves to mourn her death, her parents and two brothers, Jack and James Arthur. To these death has brought a sorrow that time only can heal. The funeral services were held from the M. E. church this afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, conducted by Rev. A. James, and the remains were tenderly laid to rest in the Creighton cemetery. Oakville Sentinel.
