On last evening at 6:45 o'clock occurred the death of Mrs. C. F. Winters; living with her husband on the Dennis Gregory farm, southwest of Wapello. She had been sick for four weeks with blood poisoning resulting from childbirth. She was born at New Boston, Ill., and was aged 40 years. She leaves to mourn her untimely death in her immediate family a husband and five children, the youngest four weeks old and the eldest seventeen years, also two step children, Harry and Jessie, aged twenty five and twenty-three respectively. Besides these she is survived by her aged parents and three brothers. The funeral services will be held from the home at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow (Friday) afternoon, conducted by Rev. Booton, of Morning Sun, with interment in Concord cemetery.
