Mrs. Mary S. Hyde, formerly a resident of this city, died in Pueblo, Colo., July 25, 1905. The remains will be brought back to Wapello for burial by the side of her sister, Miss Montgomery. Nothing is known as to the particulars of her death save the above in a telegram to John G. Keck received yesterday, saying the remains would arrive here Friday morning and funeral services would be held Friday afternoon. Further announcements will doubtless be made to the friends. Her sons, Verne and Fred, who resided in Pueblo, are expected here with the remains. The friends of this good woman and of her excellent sons, who were largely brought up in this community, mourn her departure and sympathize sincerely with the sons in the loss of their mother, to whom they were greatly attached and to whom they were ever faithful.
