The funeral of Levi C. Odell was held from the M. E. church in Grandview last Friday morning, conducted by Rev. Montgomery. Mr. Odell was born in Mercer county, Ill., and settled in Louisa county in 1866. He was married to Miss Mary Lowery in 1882 and five children and the mother are left to mourn his death. The deceased was a man of splendid character and a good neighbor. He will be missed in the community.
