Columbus City, Sept. 9 - Died at his home east of town Monday Sept. 8th, Newton M. Johnson, after an illness of two weeks of typhoid fever. He leaves a mother, two sisters, a brother and many friends who mourn the loss. Funeral Tuesday p. m. at 2 o'clock from the U. P. church, of which deceased was a member.
