Mrs. Dan Odle died at her home in this city Saturday afternoon, March 10, 1917, following a brief illness of several days. Etta B. Martin was born at Fairfield, June 19, 1899 and was less than 18 years of age at the time of her death. She was married the forepart of April in 1916 to Dan Odle and they made their home south of town until they moved here about two weeks ago. She is survived by one son, four weeks of age and by her husband and father and mother and five brothers and four sisters, of Fairfield. The funeral was held at the home Monday morning at 10 o'clock conducted by Rev. S. Boyd Johnson. Interment a Columbus City. Her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Martin and sister, Mrs. Ella Glassford, were here to attend the funeral service.
