Mary Belle Knauss, eldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Knauss, passed away at the home of her parents, on West Hill, Wednesday December 22, 1915, after an illness of nine weeks. Mary was born in Columbus Junction, July 4, 1912. She is survived by her parents and one sister, Creta. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the home conducted by Rev. T. M. Balcoff. Interment in the Columbus City cemetery.
